Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the subscription and use of NBAprediction, a digital platform providing statistical analyses, daily predictions, probability updates, and NBA performance models.

NBAprediction provides informational content only. It is not a betting advisory service.

2. Subscription and Access

• Access to the service is granted immediately upon successful payment via Stripe.
• Subscriptions are strictly monthly and provide access to all included features during the active billing period.
• The subscription is personal and non-transferable.

3. Pricing and Billing

• Prices are displayed in USD (or EUR depending on configuration).
• Payments are processed via Stripe. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added based on the customer’s country of residence.
• Billing occurs monthly through Stripe's automated payment system.

4. Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled by the user.
• Cancellation can be made at any time through the dedicated Stripe Customer Portal or via the account management page.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a subscription, the user agrees to immediate access to digital content.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal once access to the service is provided.

6. Liability

NBAprediction does not guarantee:

• accuracy or completeness of predictions,
• uninterrupted availability of the service,
• achievement of financial gains or performance results.

The user acknowledges that they use the information entirely at their own risk and remain solely responsible for any betting decisions and for complying with local gambling laws and age restrictions.

NBAprediction does not promote sports betting and does not encourage users to place wagers.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

NBAprediction reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in cases of:

• account sharing,
• scraping or automated data extraction,
• fraud,
• violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Users receive a right of access only.

Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or extraction of content or data is strictly forbidden.

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in compliance with EU GDPR regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent French courts.
